Our facility operates dedicated lines for every stage of ACP production: 4 pre-treatment lines, 4 coating lines, 5 lamination lines, 1 slitting line and 1 film-laminating line. Full in-house control means consistent quality, shorter lead times and complete traceability.

QUALITY CONTROL
Every Batch Tested, Every Shipment Documented
Quality is verified at every stage — incoming coil inspection, in-process coating checks, bond strength and peel testing after lamination, and final dimension and surface inspection before packing.
Our in-house laboratory runs mechanical, thermal and weathering tests against GB/T 17748 and international requirements. Each shipment ships with certificates and test reports traceable to the production batch.

Beyond standard panels, our deep-processing workshop provides cutting, routing, folding, edge-banding and protective film application — delivering components ready for direct installation and saving you time on site.
